By enrolling in service or using Junky Junkers Trash Service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
BAGGED TRASH REQUIREMENT
All trash must be securely tied in bags. Loose trash will remain in the can and will not be collected.
Junky Junkers operates dump trailers rather than traditional garbage trucks. To prevent loose debris from leaving the trailer and to keep neighborhoods clean and safe, lightweight or loose trash inside cans will not be removed unless properly bagged.
CARDBOARD & BOX BREAKDOWN
All cardboard boxes larger than a shoe box must be broken down.
Broken-down cardboard may be placed inside the can or neatly beside the can. Unbroken boxes may be left behind. Please bag small cardboard boxes with regular trash.
OVERFLOW TRASH & ADDITIONAL BAG POLICY
Each 95-gallon trash can includes up to two (2) overflow bags per pickup, defined as either:
Any bags exceeding this allowance are considered excess trash and will be charged at a rate of $3 per additional bag, including bags left on the ground beyond the overflow limit.
Overflow allowances apply per can. Customers with multiple cans receive the overflow allowance for each can on their account.
Excess bag fees will be added to the customer’s next billing cycle. Repeated overflow may require the customer to add an additional can to their service plan, which is typically the most cost-effective option.
AUTOMATIC BILLING & INVOICING
Junky Junkers uses Stripe for automatic billing. Once a payment method is added to the customer portal, it will be automatically charged when invoices are due. Payment methods may be updated in the user portal.
If a payment fails, Stripe’s Smart Retry system will attempt to process the payment up to eight (8) times over a two (2) week period until successful.
PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and linked bank accounts.
Customers who switch from card payments to a linked bank account may receive a $5 account credit. To receive this credit, customers must notify Junky Junkers after linking their bank account. The credit will be applied to the next billing cycle.

POLICY CHANGES
Junky Junkers reserves the right to update pricing, overflow limits, or service policies with reasonable notice to customers.
