Trash must be tied in bags, loose trash will remain in the can - Our small company uses dump trailers on our routes instead of traditional garbage trucks. To prevent loose trash from flying out into your nice community, we ask all garbage to be tied in bags. :) No lightweight loose trash will be removed from cans.
Cardboards larger than a shoe box must be broken down. To help our drivers reach the next stop as soon as possible, we ask that all boxes larger than a shoe box be broken down and sat in the can or next to the can.
Automatic Invoice system - We use Stripe for our automatic invoice system, once a card/bank account is added to your user portal it will automatically be charged when the invoice is due. If the card or bank account declines it uses a "Smart Retry" system where it will auto retry the charge up to 8 times within a 4 week period until payment is made successful.
Payment method - You can use different payment methods such as credit/debit cards or linking your bank account. We prefer the customer to link their bank accounts to your account because it charges us less in transaction fees and we will give a free $5 credit to your account for swapping to a bank account rather than using a credit/debit card. If you link your account and would like to get this $5 credit please contact us via email, text or call letting us know you've added your bank account and we will add the credit to your next bill.
If the payment is 2 weeks past due, service will be paused (trash will not be picked up after being 2 weeks past due)
If payment is 30 days past due, the subscription will be canceled and you will have to "resume service" on your user portal or contact us directly.
